Our last day in Delhi has been great! So many interesting sights and sounds, and smells. We spent a little time walking around the residential area near our hotel. Also went to a crafts bazaar to pick up a few items for friends back home. All the people we have met and talked with have been so nice.
Sometimes it is hard to distinguish between the English and one of the many languages spoken here. So we quickly try to determine if they are talking English or "non-English" because at that point we have to pull out the map and just start pointing. Picking up the language has been difficult.
We just finished "Skyping" home to check in with our fsmily and are now working on re-packing, organizing the orphanage toys we have brought and making sure our one-way flight to Bhubhaneswar is on time. It will be hard to leave Delhi, now that we are just getting the hang of it, but our daughter is waiting.
Next stop...Orissa.
